Problems can be solved without knowing what the heck is going on! Realizing and appreciating this is sheer relief and\njoy for me.<\/p>\n

Problem solving, part of the purpose for existence, is what Self I-Dentity through Ho\u2019oponopono is about.
Who am I?
Who\u2019s in charge?<\/p>\n

To solve problems, the above two questions must be addressed:<\/p>\n

\u201cKnow thyself.\u201d<\/p>\n

To apprehend the nature of the cosmos begins with the insight of Socrates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Who\u2019s in charge?
Most people, including those in the science community, deal with the world as being a physical entity.
Current research in DNA to identify causes and remedies for heart disease, cancer, and diabetes is a prime example of this. <\/p>\n

The Intellect, the Conscious Mind, believes it is the problem solver.
That it controls what happens and what is experienced.<\/p>\n

Inn his book User Illusion: Cutting Consciousness Down To Size<\/strong>, science journalist Tor Norretranders paints a\ndifferent picture of Consciousness.<\/p>\n

He cites research studies, particularly those of Professor Benjamin Libet of the University of California at San Francisco, that show that decisions are made before Consciousness makes them. And that the Intellect is not aware of this, believing that it decides<\/strong><\/p>\n

Norretranders also cites research that show that the Intellect is only conscious of between fifteen to twenty bits of\ninformation per second out of millions in reaction below its awareness!<\/p>\n

Memories replaying dictate what the Subconscious Mind experiences.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Subconscious Mind experiences vicariously, mimicking, echoing memories replaying. It behaves, sees, feels,\nand decides exactly as memories dictate. The Conscious Mind too operates, without its awareness, by memories\nreplaying. They dictate what it experiences as research studies show.<\/p>\n

The body and the world reside in the Subconscious Mind as creations of memories replaying, rarely as Inspirations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Subconscious Mind and Conscious Mind, comprising the Soul, do not generate their own ideas, thoughts,\nfeelings and actions. As noted before, they experience vicariously, through memories replaying and Inspirations.<\/p>\n

But men may construe things after their fashion Clean from the purpose of the things themselves.

It is essential to realize that the Soul does not generate experiences of its own.\n<\/p>

That it sees as memories see;

\n behaves as memories behave,

\nas Inspiration sees, feels, behaves and decides!<\/p>\n

It is crucial in problem solving to realize that the body and the world are not the problems in and of themselves but\nthe effects, the consequences, of memories replaying in the Subconscious Mind! Who\u2019s in charge?<\/p>\n

“The Void”
is the foundation of Self I-Dentity, of Mind, of the cosmos.
It is the precursor state to the infusion of\nInspirations from Divine Intelligence into the Subconscious Mind.<\/p>\n

All that scientists know is the cosmos was spawned from nothing, and will return to the nothing from whence it came.
The universe begins and ends with zero.

Memories replaying displace the Void of Self I-Dentity, precluding the manifestation of Inspirations. To remedy this\ndisplacement, to reestablish Self I-Dentity, memories need to be transformed to void through transmutation by\nDivine Intelligence.<\/p>\n

Existence is a gift from Divine Intelligence.
And the gift is given for the sole purpose of reestablishing Self I-Dentity\nthrough problem solving.
Self I-Dentity through Ho\u2019oponopono is an updated version of an ancient Hawaiian problem\nsolving process of repentance, forgiveness and transmutation.<\/p>\n

Do not judge, and you will not be judged.
Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned.
Forgive\nand you will be forgiven.
Jesus as reported in Luke 6<\/p>\n

Ho\u2019oponopono involves the full participation of each of the four members of Self I-Dentity:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Divine Intelligence
\u25cfSuper Conscious Mind
\u25cfConscious Mind
\u25cfSubconscious Mind<\/strong><\/p>\n

— working together as a unit of one.<\/p>\n

Each member has its unique part and function in problem solving memories replaying in the Subconscious Mind.<\/p>\n

The Super Conscious Mind<\/strong> is
memory free, unaffected by memories replaying in the Subconscious Mind. It is\nalways one with Divine Intelligence.
However Divine Intelligence moves so moves the Super Conscious Mind.<\/p>\n

Self I-Dentity operates by Inspiration and memory.
Only one of them, either memory or Inspiration, can be in command of the Subconscious Mind at any given moment.
The Soul of Self I-Dentity serves only one master at a\ntime, usually memory the thorn instead of Inspiration the rose.

Although memories displace the Void, they cannot destroy it.

For Self I-Dentity to be Self I-Dentity moment to moment requires incessant Ho\u2019oponopono.
Like memories,

Incessant Ho\u2019oponopono can never retire.

Incessant Ho\u2019oponopono can never stop as\u2026<\/p>\n

The Conscious Mind can initiate the Ho`oponopono process to release memories or it can engage them with blame\nand thinking.<\/p>\n

\u2460 Conscious Mind initiates the Ho\u2019oponopono problem solving process, a petition to Divine Intelligence to\ntransmute memories to void. It acknowledges that the problem is memories replaying in its Subconscious Mind.\nAnd that it is100% responsible for them. The petition moves down from the Conscious Mind into the\nSubconscious Mind;<\/p>\n

\u2461 The down flow of the petition into the Subconscious Mind gently stirs memories for transmutation. The petition\nthen moves up to the Super Conscious Mind from the Subconscious Mind, and <\/p>\n

\u2462 The Super Conscious Mind reviews the petition, making changes as appropriate. Because it is always in tune\nwith Divine Intelligence, it has the capacity to review and make changes. The petition is then sent up to Divine\nIntelligence for final review and consideration.<\/p>\n

\u2463 After reviewing the petition sent up by the Super Conscious Mind, Divine Intelligence sends transmuting energy\ndown into the Super Conscious Mind;
\u2464 Transmuting energy then flows from the Super Conscious Mind down into the Conscious Mind;
\u2465 And transmuting energy then flows down from the Conscious Mind into the Subconscious Mind. The transmuting\nenergy first neutralizes designated memories. The neutralized energies are then released into storage, leaving a\nvoid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Thinking and blame (See Graph 3) are memories replaying.
The Soul can be inspired by Divine Intelligence without knowing what the heck is going on.<\/p>\n

The only requirement for\nInspiration, Divine creativity,
, is for Self I-Dentity to be Self I-Dentity<\/p>\n

To be Self I-Dentity
requires incessant cleansing\nof memories.<\/p>\n

Memories are constant companions of the Subconscious Mind.
They never leave the Subconscious Mind to go on\nvacation.
They never leave the Subconscious Mind to go into retirement.
Memories never stop their incessant\nreplaying! <\/p>\n

To be done with memories once and for all, they must be cleansed to nothing once and for all.<\/p>\n

It was in Iowa in 1971 that I fell head over heels in love for the second time. Dear M, our daughter,\nwas born. As I watched my wife care for M, I fell deeper and deeper in love with both of them. I had\ntwo wonderful people to love now.
After completing graduate school in Utah that summer, my wife and I had two choices to make: go\nhome to Hawaii or to continue graduate training in Iowa. As we began life in the Hawkeye State, two\nhurtles immediately confronted us. First, M never stopped crying when we brought her home from\nthe hospital!
Secondly, the worst winter of the century in Iowa history set in. Each morning for weeks on end I\nkicked the bottom inside of the front door of our apartment and hammered its edges with my hands\nto break the entombing ice on the other side.
Around her first year, blood stains showed up on M\u2019s blankets. Only now as I write this sentence, I\nrealize that the constant crying was her reactions to the severe skin problem that was diagnosed\nlater. By age three, blood seeped continuously from cracks in the crooks of M\u2019s elbows and knees.\nBlood wept from cracks around the joints of her fingers and toes. Thick mantles of hard skin covered\nthe inside of her arms and around her neck.
One day nine years later when M was about twelve, she, her sister and I were driving home.\nSuddenly I found myself turning the car around without conscious forethought, and headed in the\ndirection of my office in Waikiki.
\u201cOh, you folks have come to visit me,\u201d Morrnah said quietly as the three of us trooped into her office.\nAs she shuffled papers on her desk, she looked up at M. \u201cDid you want to ask me something?\u201d she\nsaid softly. M. stretched out both arms revealing years of pain and grief etched in them up and down\nlike Phoenician scrolls. \u201cOK,\u201d came Morrnah\u2019s reply, and she closed her eyes.
What was Morrnah doing? The creator of Self I-Dentity through Ho\u2019oponopono was doing Self IDentity through Ho\u2019oponopono. A year later, thirteen years of bleeding, scaring, pain, grief and\nmedications came to an end.<\/p>\n

The purpose of life
is to be Self I-Dentity as Divinity created Self I-Dentity in its exact likeness, Void and Infinite. <\/p>\n

All life experiences are expressions of memories replaying and Inspirations. Depression, thinking, blame, poverty,\nhate, resentment and grief are \u201c\u2026fore bemoan moans,\u201d as Shakespeare noted in one of his Sonnets. <\/p>\n

The Conscious Mind has one option: it can start the incessant cleansing process or it can allow memories to\nincessantly replay problems.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

12 December 2005<\/h4>\n

Consciousness working alone is ignorant of Divine Intelligence\u2019s most precious gift: Self I-Dentity.
As such, it is\nignorant of what a problem is. <\/p>\n

This ignorance results in ineffectual solving problem.
Poor soul is left to incessant,\nneedless grief for its entire existence. How sad. <\/p>\n

The Conscious Mind needs to be awakened to the gift of Self I-Dentity, \u201c\u2026wealth beyond all understanding.\u201d <\/p>\n

Self I-Dentity is indestructible and eternal as is its Creator, Divine Intelligence. <\/p>\n

The consequence of ignorance is the\nfalse reality of senseless and relentless poverty, disease, and war and death generation after generation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The physical is the expression of memories and Inspirations taking place in the Soul of Self I-Dentity.
Change the\nstate of Self I-Dentity and the state of the physical world changes. <\/p>\n

Who\u2019s in charge\u2026
inspirations or memories replaying?
The choice is in the hands of the Conscious Mind.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

7 February 2006 (A Leap into 2006)<\/h4>\n

Here are four (4) Self I-Dentity through Ho\u2019oponopono problem solving processes that can be applied to reestablish\nSelf I-Dentity through voiding memories replaying problems in the Subconscious Mind:<\/p>\n

\uff11\uff0e”I love you.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

When your Soul experiences memories replaying problems, say to them mentally or silently: \u201cI\nlove you dear memories.<\/p>\n

. I am grateful for the opportunity to free all of you and me.\u201d \u201cI love you\u201d can be\nrepeated quietly again and again. <\/p>\n

Memories never go on vacation or retire unless you retire them. \u201cI love you\u201d\ncan be used even if you are not conscious of problems. <\/p>\n

For example, it can be applied before engaging in any\nactivity such as making or answering a telephone call or before getting into your car to go somewhere.<\/p>\n

Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you.<\/p>\n

This process can be used with or in place of \u201cI love you.\u201d As with \u201cI love you,\u201d it can be repeated\nmentally again and again.<\/p>\n

\uff13.\u3000Blue Solar Water<\/strong><\/p>\n

Drinking lots of water is a wonderful problem solving practice,
particularly if it is blue solar water.<\/p>\n
