It is also a wonderful chance for cleaning for myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I have been fortunate to interview KR countless times. Usually, we start with a general theme, but KR always begins by asking, \u201cWhat\u2019s up?\u201d That simple question naturally leads us to talk about what\u2019s going on in the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From there, I often become aware of the stubborn patterns or habits of thought I\u2019ve been caught in. It becomes an opportunity to clean with them. By the end of the interview, I often feel lighter, more at ease, and more like my true self.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rather than tackling difficult problems, just cleaning with even the smallest experiences we are having in the moment can unexpectedly open up the world in front of us.
