First, why do we want to distinguish between memory and inspiration?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you see when you try to clean with those thoughts?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want to clean with it correctly, without failure.
We want to succeed.
We want to fulfill our dreams as expected, etc,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe you will see many different thoughts about yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Hew Len says,
We can never know if it is inspiration or memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of Ho’oponopono is to practice cleaning.
The main goal of Ho’oponopono is to erase memories, not to see inspiration as a result of the cleaning process, or to see a new memory appear as a result of the cleaning process, neither is the destination to which we are headed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If, unknowingly, you find that when you practice cleaning, you are aiming for something, try cleaning with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let yourself be in the flow that occurs in the practice of cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
