First, why do we want to distinguish between memory and inspiration?

What do you see when you try to clean with those thoughts?

We want to clean with it correctly, without failure.
We want to succeed.
We want to fulfill our dreams as expected, etc,

Maybe you will see many different thoughts about yourself.

Dr. Hew Len says,
We can never know if it is inspiration or memory.

The purpose of Ho’oponopono is to practice cleaning.
The main goal of Ho’oponopono is to erase memories, not to see inspiration as a result of the cleaning process, or to see a new memory appear as a result of the cleaning process, neither is the destination to which we are headed.

If, unknowingly, you find that when you practice cleaning, you are aiming for something, try cleaning with it.

Let yourself be in the flow that occurs in the practice of cleaning.
