When we are analyzing which are memories and which are not, or thinking about how we practice cleaning or how often we do it, we are not on the path to an answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are simply looking at the memory, listening to the memory, and talking about the memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At such times, Dr. Hew Len says, “Just do it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We cannot know what the memory is doing. Errors (mistakes) are constantly being replayed. But by not cleaning because we don’t know, we prevent others from even connecting with inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All we can do is perform the cleaning when we remember.
By doing so, we remember our original role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
