What exactly is inconvenience?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No matter how much we want to be happy, no matter how willing we are to be happy, disquiet, anxiety, anger, and resentment come very naturally, like a surprise gust of wind.
This uncertainty and lack of control makes our certainty in life instantly shaken and inconvenienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When we know the person who caused the problem or created the uncertainty, we are trapped when we decide that if that person does not change, the problem will not be solved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But we are not trapped by the person who caused the problem; in fact, we are trapped by the memories that have been replayed over and over again in ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When we realize this, when we say in our hearts, “Thank you, I love you, I am sorry, please forgive me,” we can set ourselves free.
To repent for having been unable to do anything about a problem before is to have the problem dissolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And when you see in your eyes that someone else is experiencing a problem, cleaning from the place where I am responsible for and at the center of that problem, we can imagine a freedom that is beyond comprehension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
