Cleaning is simply about whether you practice it or not. When you are practicing, you are cleaning, but when you’re thinking or judging about cleaning, you are not in the act of cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Ho’oponopono classes, one of the frequent questions posed by instructors is, “Are you in the flow or not?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By removing memories of all sizes, we can be in the divine flow, the perfect flow. When we are in this flow, it feels like smoothly driving a car or riding a bicycle; we do not question or judge the motion but just let life work within it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And then, when a problem arises again, we can either question and judge it, or we can choose to clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
