In English, there is the word \u201ccompassion.\u201d
There is also the word \u201cempathy,\u201d expressed as \u201cthe ability to feel with another.\u201d
All of these are considered essential states of mind for living morally, and in recent years they have been emphasized even in politics and education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, some of you reading this may have experienced suffering because these states of mind were too strong within you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you are with someone, you may feel their inner world too deeply and begin to feel tightness in your own chest.
Or even when watching the news about a complete stranger, you may feel their pain as if it were happening to you.
Have you ever had such experiences?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At one time, Dr. Hew Len said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFeeling empathy or sympathy means memories are being replayed within you.
And unless you release those memories that you are being made to experience through another person, neither you, nor that person, nor that place can become free.
When you take 100% responsibility for the feelings you are experiencing through someone else, true healing begins with you, and it unfolds for all beings connected to that memory.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Hew Len explains what compassion truly is, and what you can first do when you perceive that a problem is happening through someone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He says that true kindness is what is expressed when you are at Zero and acting through inspiration from Divinity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through these words, you may come to understand why you currently feel stuck, unmotivated, or unable to connect smoothly with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
