What if the source of all emotion is actually our own subconscious?

Right now, through every emotion we experience, we are being given an opportunity\u2014moment by moment\u2014to become free from memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And when we are freed from memory, all the people, things, places, and even the universe itself that were connected to that memory are also cleaned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whenever we become aware of another person\u2014whether we feel anger, compassion, or a wish for peace\u2014the very first thing we can do is care for ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whatever emotion you may be holding right now, when you clean with it, that memory is released across the farthest reaches of the universe.
You hold that much power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
