In this simple flow, we return to our authentic self. Our focus is always drawn to what is needed <em>now,<\/em> and what needs to be erased <em>now<\/em> is cleared away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This does not require us to search consciously.
