Letting go of painful thoughts is actually simple.  
What makes it difficult is that you think through the replaying of memories, feel through the replaying of memories, and try to solve problems from the replaying of memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“What’s happening? In reality, I don’t understand anything.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless we understand this, we will endlessly repeat the highs and lows on the carousel of memories. True health and abundance do not appear within this cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every day, various stressful events will happen to you.  
Not being appreciated by your family.  
Being used by friends, family, or colleagues.  
Feeling that there is no one around who understands you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If such events continue daily, it’s not unreasonable to believe that the cause of the problem is clearly external.  
However, have you ever found peace and tranquility by pursuing whose responsibility it is?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me share my experience.  
Once, my husband invited many friends to our house. I prepared sandwiches for everyone, and they were happily eating, but they repeatedly asked for more.  
After making dozens of sandwiches, I suddenly locked myself in my room.  
I stayed in my room for hours, leaving my husband and guests outside. I was shocked by my impulsive behavior.  
But as I was cleaning, I realized I had forgotten to listen to my own voice. It was the fact that I had made various decisions unilaterally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cries of my Unihipili prompted such actions from me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Repercussion: \u00a0
1. Rebound \u00a0
2. Recoil (of a cannon) \u00a0
3. Impact, effect, aftermath, ripple<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everything we see, choose, act, feel, and think is a repercussion of what the Unihipili holds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The depression, hopelessness you carry\u2014all these are effects of not having listened to your own voice until now.  
They are repercussions. Therefore, rather than viewing the repercussions as problems and trying to fix them, you first return to yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I’m introducing here is not the existing problem-solving methods.  
It’s possible to reclaim reality by connecting with another self inside\u2014namely, the Unihipili\u2014not through external solutions.  
This brings freedom and harmony, which cannot be achieved by convincing or changing someone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, knowing who you truly are is the key to solving problems.  
You can liberate the self that you know and have defined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
