On a personal note, I am very happy to begin this session in Asia. Incidentally, my ex-husband is Asian, and our two children are half Asian. Even though we are no longer together, my ex-husband continues to provide many opportunities for cleaning. My grown children and I continue to clean together, but is there any connection between this and the fact that I am now able to start SITH private sessions in Asia?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ihaleakala once said that the reason we were born into this world is to clean. Therefore, the wisest thing I can do regarding the events happening is to clean without judging what is happening as good or bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, as long as we are alive, we pursue what we like, seek happiness, avoid discomfort, and try to overcome things through knowledge and experience. Or we might try to escape from them\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I find beautiful about Ho’oponopono is knowing that we are allowed to let go of whatever we have been holding onto and that it is a process that makes this possible. Everything is a memory. No matter how much we are consumed by pessimism or on the verge of losing ourselves in anger, it would be great if we could remember this even for a moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And through cleaning myself, the memories erased from me will also be erased from my family, people I interact with, buildings, and plants. Whatever someone says or does, I can clean it myself. There is nothing outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to clean with each person I am allowed to meet in this private session, giving me the chance to reclaim my true self moment by moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
