What we do every day as a matter of course, what we think of as our original personality, is a program that has been created over many generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is as if we are living in a construction that has accumulated memories. We live in our memories at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Memories will make you look for reasons outside of yourself.
You will try to find the cause of your problems in your family, in money, in society, in the economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No matter how hard we struggle to think straight and do something about it, we will never see the true nature of our problems unless we acknowledge that we are in our memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is natural to lose oneself, to lose respect for oneself, to lose one’s confidence, so to speak, in a life programmed by years of memory.
However, the fact that you are feeling discomfort also means that you are aware of the voice of your inner child, Unihipili. If you are aware of this, then you can express your gratitude to Unihipili and give yourself a hug.
Only by listening to our inner child can we approach the real cause of our problems.
Then the story of repeated memories will come to an end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No matter how alone we feel, no matter how insecure we are, no matter how disconnected we feel from love and connection, we are, in fact, perfect.
The key is to know that you are just being forced to watch the program.
Even when you are angry with this life, the Great Nature loves and accepts you whole. It is true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you really want to know, the path you need to take, is known by your “real self,” or identity.
SITH Ho’oponopono is a simple way to meet your identity.
No matter what your situation is right now, letting go of memories can help you regain perfection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
