wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n\n\r\n<p>You might feel like you don\u2019t even have expectations or hope anymore.<br>But even so, there are still expectations within us that can be cleaned.<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>I want to get out of this depression.<br>If only I could, then surely I\u2019d feel more positive.<br>If this heaviness disappeared,<br>I could do the laundry, cook, and work with more ease.<br>If this burden was lifted,<br>I could enjoy conversations with others again.<br>If I were freed from this pain,<br>then I would be happy.<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>These faint expectations\u2014<br>these self-created \u201crules\u201d for when things will get better\u2014<br>why does cleaning them help ease depression?<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>When we try to solve problems on our own instead of cleaning,<br>searching for causes and answers,<br>it\u2019s like trying to fix a machine without consulting its perfect manual.<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>Divinity already knows how to resolve the issue<br>and knows your perfect path and talents.<br>When people who have lost sight of their way wander around blindly,<br>things get tangled\u2014<br>and we end up experiencing the consequences as anger, depression, or other emotional pain.<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>The way to untangle them<br>is for each of us to receive the wisdom of Divinity.<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>If you feel lost, wondering how much effort it will take to receive that wisdom,<br>or if it sounds like a fantasy\u2014<br>that is simply a sign that you are not aligned with your true path.<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>Because inspiration is always showering upon you, at all times.<br>It is not something granted at random,<br>nor is it given or withheld based on anyone\u2019s conditions.<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>It is always flowing to you.<br>It is we who choose not to receive it\u2014<br>by opening the umbrella of thoughts and expectations and stepping away from it.<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>Even in times when it feels too painful to think at all,<br>we still rely on thought.<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>\u201cIf only this one thing changed, things would get better.\u201d<br>\u201cIf I had that, none of this would\u2019ve happened.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\n\n\r\n<p>When we become aware of those thoughts,<br>and clean with them, releasing them\u2014<br>in that moment, the heaviness and gloom we&#8217;ve been carrying<br>can
