An Interview with Ho\u2019oponopono Instructor Jean

Once again, we spoke with Ho\u2019oponopono instructor Jean.
This time, the theme is \u201cCleaning for Body and Health.\u201d

In this installment, we ask about illnesses and physical discomfort related to family\u2014
and, perhaps surprisingly, cleaning that includes social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<Cleaning with Illnesses Related to Family>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

\u2500\u2500 We received a specific question: \u00a0
\u201cMy mother suffered emotional distress when she was young and later had symptoms of depression. \u00a0
I myself have continued cleaning for a long time but haven\u2019t felt much change. \u00a0
In addition, my daughter has had asthma since childhood, and my grandchild is prone to throat inflammation. \u00a0
How should I clean with illnesses that seem to continue in our family?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, what this person is experiencing is the replay of memories stored in their inner memory bank\u2014within the Unihipili.
These memories are deeply connected with the memories of family and ancestors.

Sometimes we place \u201cexpectations\u201d on cleaning:
\u201cI\u2019ve cleaned, so problems shouldn\u2019t happen anymore.\u201d
But what\u2019s truly needed is to continue.

That\u2019s because some memories include very old information\u2014stretching back millions of years.
We cannot know that.
This is why cleaning is a process to be continued with perseverance and trust.

What I\u2019d recommend here is using the \u201cHealth Class Questionnaire\u201d we introduce in the Health Class.
Write down information about everyone in the family, the issues each person carries,
including those who have already passed away.

Your occupation and where you live are also factors that can have influence.
In other words, include every piece of information connected with your life in your cleaning.

Another essential point is to clean with the thoughts and emotions within yourself.
For example\u2014
\u201cI\u2019ve been cleaning for so long, but there\u2019s no effect.\u201d
\u201cNothing will change no matter what I do.\u201d
When such feelings arise, clean with those very thoughts.

Our conscious mind cannot grasp everything that is happening.
Yet, something is surely moving in the unseen.

The purpose of Ho\u2019oponopono is not to \u201ccure\u201d someone, but to clean the memories within ourselves.

When, like this person, you are both a mother and a grandmother, it\u2019s easy to think, \u201cIf I clean, my family\u2019s problems will disappear as well.\u201d
In reality, we cannot know everything that is occurring.

What\u2019s important is to clean with family, close loved ones, ancestors, and yourself.
Moreover, clean with the land where you live\u2014
include memories connected to that place.

Land memories also influence our experiences.
For instance, if the land was once a battlefield or burial ground, its vibrational memory may still remain there.

The starting point of everything is to clean with the thoughts and emotions within yourself.
That is the surest beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2500\u2500 Next question: \u00a0
\u201cA nodule was found on my thyroid. The doctor has recommended watchful waiting. \u00a0
If it gets worse, I\u2019ll need surgery and lifelong medication. \u00a0
How should I clean with this?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There isn\u2019t a special method.
What matters, again, is to continue.

First, please understand that all illness and discomfort arise from memory replay.
We don\u2019t know when those memories originated\u2014
2 years ago, 5 years ago, or tens of thousands of years ago.
Any illness or dysfunction of any body part is simply the replay of memories within the Unihipili.

Therefore, it\u2019s important to declare:
\u201cI am now cleaning with these memories.\u201d

Blood pressure, heart, stomach, thyroid\u2014
whatever the area, the way we clean is the same.

We tend to search for answers about \u201chow to fix it.\u201d
But true healing occurs through guidance from Divinity.

For example,
\u201cShould I have surgery?\u201d \u201cShould I take medicine?\u201d \u201cShould I keep observing?\u201d
The timing of such choices is not decided by our thinking, but by the divine guidance that comes through cleaning.

Among the tools in the tool menu, there are tools that clean memories related to specific illnesses.
Everything has its own information and vibration.

For instance,
\u201cIf I get cancer, what will I do?\u201d
\u201cI don\u2019t feel comfortable with this doctor.\u201d
When such thoughts or emotions arise, clean with them as they are.
And educate the Uhane and Unihipili\u2014
that is, communicate to your inner family what Ho\u2019oponopono is and how it unfolds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<Cleaning Your Social Media Accounts>\u00a0

It is also effective to speak with a part or organ of the body. For example, in this case: \u201cAloha, thyroid. How are you today? Feeling well?\u201d \u201cIs there anything you want to say right now?\u201d Gently speak in this way.

There is one more point.
Make your own social media (SNS) accounts targets for cleaning as well.
When you fill out the questionnaire, list the names of all your SNS accounts and include them in your cleaning.

Every day we come into contact with large amounts of information on SNS and across the internet.
Those streams carry many forms of thought, vibrations, and frequencies.
If we receive them without cleaning, the energy of that information can affect our mind and body.
Some of it may even carry frequencies that disturb health or burden the body.

That is why we clean with our devices, our SNS, and the very information we view.
This too is a new and necessary form of health-related cleaning for our time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
