Message from Irene Schwonek<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

To everyone interested in SITH Private Sessions, I want to share this: no matter how intense your emotions may be, cleaning is always happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can be incredibly painful to feel overwhelmed by emotions or crushed by difficult experiences. And yet, we are always protected. When we choose to, we can connect with the Divinity and know that we are always being guided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cleaning is always at work. Even when it feels like we are doing nothing, we exist as instruments of cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking personally, I recently went through a deeply painful experience. I lost my beloved dog, who had been with me every day for 14 years, except when I was traveling. His health declined quickly after he started showing signs of back pain, and despite taking him to the hospital, he passed away. His death was a tremendous shock to me, and I found myself unable to clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I realized that I had felt this way before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was as if I had opened a door and stepped into a space where \u201cdepression\u201d awaited. I knew that if I didn\u2019t clean, I would spiral into that space, unable to get out, struggling with suffering and anger, asking why this had to happen to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At that moment, I remembered someone once said, \u201cYou yourself can become a cleaning tool.\u201d I accepted that even if there are times when we can\u2019t clean, that\u2019s okay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, I realized that through his loss, what I had really lost wasn\u2019t his physical presence, but the sense of \u201clove, joy, and peace\u201d he had reminded me of. That realization led me to begin practicing cleaning again, rediscovering those feelings within myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even when I couldn\u2019t clean, I felt I was still protected. I later understood that I had always been connected to the Divine. Even when we are consumed by emotions, we are always being guided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through SITH Private Sessions, I hope to help you return to the awareness that no matter where you are or what you are experiencing\u2014even if you feel completely powerless\u2014your true self is always protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
