One of the most precious things you have in your possession is the existence of \u201cnow.\u201d \u201cI\u201d can only live in this \u201cnow.\u201d
Whether it\u2019s brushing your teeth, buying a ticket, attending your child\u2019s graduation ceremony, each of these daily events happens \u201cnow\u201d, and each of them leads me to what\u2019s next. I clean the \u201cnow.\u201d That\u2019s all there is to it. No matter how long ago you might have had a regret, aren\u2019t you experiencing it \u201cnow\u201d? Even the past exists in the \u201cnow.\u201d We are always in the \u201cnow.\u201d
I often find myself trapped in the past too. But when I realize this, I remember that the tool called Ho\u2019oponopono is always with me, and by cleaning, I can return to the \u201cnow.\u201d The only place where my life, talents, and opportunities exist is in the \u201cnow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
