I have obtained various degrees throughout my life, but none have been as valuable as this learning. This refers to the “12 Step process<\/strong>“. Practicing Self-Identity through Ho’oponopono is about returning to balance and living in rhythm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether suffering from depression, choosing marriage or divorce, feeling lonely alone, being at a loss about how to make money, fearing death, or even feeling excited about tomorrow, through practice, there is a place to return to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That place is zero, balance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without it, tomorrow will just replay memories. Then, tomorrow ceases to be tomorrow. Depression becomes a re-experience of past suffering. Loneliness is not just your solitude, but an accumulation of all past loneliness. Money will come to you with all sorts of entanglements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same goes for all studies and qualifications. If you are not at zero, if you are not in touch with your true self, your true rhythm, then all knowledge becomes a replay of the past, bringing imbalance to you and everything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 12 Steps address the true cause of problems that you may not be aware of yourself. They work beyond you and across all identities you touch, at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, it is only after practicing the 12 Steps that I truly feel that what I have learned has become my wisdom. Through me, they exist as divine knowledge, freed from memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driving a car, language skills, communication, calculation \u2013 by practicing the 12 Steps, and you learning and handling these, they regain their true function and role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 12 Steps enable you to live the essence that everything was originally perfect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ihaleakala Hew Len, Ph.D. heir to SITH Ho’oponopono and a leader in its spread throughout the world. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1962, then the University of Utah, and received his doctorate from the University of Iowa in 1973, where he was Dean of Education and Director of Special Education. He later became President of the Medical College and Assistant Professor of Education, then Assistant Professor at the University of Hawaii in 1974, and Executive Director of the Hawaii Association for the Mentally Handicapped in 1976, where he worked on rehabilitation of offenders and support programs for the physically handicapped. He was a frequent speaker at the United Nations, UNESCO, and World Peace Conferences, etc. He passed away on January 15, 2022 at the age of 82.
